WOW training, looking at how practitioners and providers deal with the pressures to provide care and education for children whilst dealing with regulators, parents etc telling them what they want. A great days training, helping to build morale and bond teams.

Do we really listen to our children, their needs, their wants, their interests, their emotions, their fears or their joys. This is a chance to find out how to listen effectively to children to enable us to offer them an experience that “lights up their mind, body and soul”.
